Is the Ninja Crispi Pro worth it?

Yes — if you want glass that cooks properly.

In RTINGS' testing most of each batch came out crisp and golden, which the cheaper Crispi can't manage. It preheats slowly and costs a lot more than a basket air fryer of the same size.

Things to know before you buy

  1. 01

The glass dishes are bulky and don't nest, so they take cupboard space.

  2. 02

The cooking area is smaller than a flat basket of the same capacity.

RTINGS found it cooks evenly, so most of each batch comes out crisp — the thing the cheaper Crispi struggles with — and it has a wide range of temperatures and fan speeds. It preheats slowly, and Prudent Reviews points out a normal basket air fryer gives you more space for less money.
