How fast does it cook a pizza?

Ninja says 3 minutes or less once preheated, with no turning. Tom's Guide got thin-crust pizzas in under three minutes after an 18–20 minute preheat.

How hot does it get?

Up to 700°F. That's hot for an electric oven, but below a wood or gas-fired one.

What else can it cook?

It bakes and roasts as well as making pizza — Tom's Guide notes the 12 × 12 in interior fits a stone or tray for roasting chicken or baking sourdough.

What pizza styles does it have?

Settings for artisan, thin crust, New York and pan pizza, plus a custom setting.

How big is it inside?

About 12 × 12 in inside — a 12-inch pizza or a baking tray.

Does it need gas?

No, it's electric — plug it into an outdoor socket. It's for outdoor use only.

Is it easy to clean?

Mostly, but Tom's Guide found the stone and the window got sooty and needed scrubbing after long sessions.

How heavy is it?

About 40 lb, per Tom's Guide.

What's in the box?

A 12-inch pizza stone and pans; bundles also include a pizza peel.

Should I get this or the Ooni Karu 2?

The Artisan to plug in and press a button, with no fire to manage. The Karu 2 for real wood-fired flavour and more heat.
