Is the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller worth it?

Yes β€” for homes with mostly hard floors.

It clears nearly everything off hard floors, and its roller mop is rinsed with fresh water while it cleans, so floors are wiped with a clean surface rather than a dirty pad. It climbs steps up to about 4 cm and the dock washes the roller with hot water. Carpets and pet hair are its weak spot, it's slow, and it can get stuck now and then.

What owners say

Owners love how clean it leaves hard floors and how well the roller mop works. No complaints so far.

Good to know

  • Leaves pet hair behind on carpet and drags some around.
  • Doesn't always avoid pet mess: supervise it if accidents happen.
  • Battery life is short for a flagship, and it cleans slowly.
  • Now and then it gets caught on skirting boards.

How we reached this verdict

RTINGS rates its hard-floor pickup exceptional and likes the roller mop that's continuously rinsed with fresh water, but finds carpet pickup only okay and pet hair a weak spot. Expert Reviews calls its cleaning as good as it gets and praises the step climbing, but marks it down for poor battery life, slow cleaning and getting stuck more than it should.

We compared independent expert reviews with the manufacturer's specifications, then checked it's sold at a major retailer where you live. We don't test products ourselves.
