Is the Logitech MX Mechanical Wireless Keyboard worth it?
Yes β if you want mechanical keys at work.
Its low-profile mechanical switches give a deeper, more positive press than the MX Keys S, and the low height is comfortable without a wrist rest. You choose tactile quiet, clicky or linear switches. It connects over a Logi Bolt receiver or Bluetooth to three devices, and lasts about 15 days with the backlight on or up to 10 months with it off. Even the quiet switches are louder than the MX Keys, and it has no Print Screen key.

What owners say
Owners love how it feels to type on and its build. The main complaint is squeaky keys, followed by the layout (no Print Screen key), keys louder or stiffer than expected and dropped connections.
Good to know
- Some keys can squeak, often the space bar or Shift.
- No Print Screen key, and the function row sits close to the number row.
- The backlight can't be left on: it turns off after a few seconds without typing.
- Works with Logitech's Bolt receiver, not the older Unifying one.

How we reached this verdict
RTINGS rates it very good for office use: comfortable to type on for long periods thanks to the low profile, solidly built and quiet with the tactile switches, though some keys don't work as intended on macOS and Linux. Trusted Reviews calls it a great office mechanical keyboard with excellent battery life and great-feeling switches, but few software options for the price.
We compared independent expert reviews with the manufacturer's specifications, then checked it's sold at a major retailer where you live. We don't test products ourselves.
