How we work it out
We add up a typical day for each thing you tick, multiply by the nights, and assume you get about 85% of the battery out. If you can recharge on the way, we size it for a day and a half between top-ups, so one cloudy day doesn't leave you flat.
The cool box figure is for a compressor type in warm weather. A cheaper thermoelectric one runs all the time and uses several times more — check the watts on its label.
