Is the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra worth it?

Only if price really doesn't matter.

It aced TechRadar's suction tests and two batteries give hours of cleaning. But hair tangled round the floor heads quickly, it's hard to push on carpet, and the AI mode missed floor changes. It's one of the most expensive stick vacuums you can buy.

Things to know before you buy

  1. 01

TechRadar found hair tangled quickly round the floor heads and the pet tool.

  2. 02

    Hard to push on carpet.

  3. 03

The AI mode missed some floor changes and didn't adjust at edges.

TechRadar calls it a very capable vacuum but scores its value 2.5 out of 5: the brush tangles with hair, it drags on carpet and the AI features don't all work. A Dyson V15 or the Shark PowerDetect Speed cleans as well for far less.
