Is the TCL C6K worth it?
Yes โ a great cheap Mini LED for gaming.
It's bright for the money, with vibrant colour and surprisingly deep blacks, and it does 4K at 144Hz with VRR and Dolby Vision gaming at 13.6ms input lag. Google TV includes iPlayer and ITVX. Some shadow detail is lost in very dark films, contrast fades from the side, the screen edges can look uneven, and its 2.1 speakers need a soundbar for films. It comes in 55 to 98 inches.

How we reached this verdict
TechRadar rates it four stars and very good value: solid brightness, vibrant colour and surprisingly deep blacks, with a strong gaming feature list for the price and 13.6ms input lag. It notes black crush, some uniformity issues, fading contrast off-centre and cluttered virtual surround sound.
We compared independent expert reviews with the manufacturer's specifications, then checked it's sold at a major retailer where you live. We don't test products ourselves.
