Is the Logitech MX Anywhere 3S worth it?

Yes โ€” if you work on the move.

It's small and well built, tracks on almost any surface including glass, and has quiet clicks, a fast metal scroll wheel and about 70 days per charge. It switches between three devices over Bluetooth. It has no thumb rest, so it isn't shaped to support your hand through a long day at a desk.

What owners say

Owners love how small and portable it is, how smoothly it tracks and scrolls, and that it works on any surface. The few complaints are a shape too small or low for some hands and trouble with Logitech's software.

Good to know

  • Small and low, so bigger hands end up in a claw grip.
  • No receiver in the box: it connects over Bluetooth, or a Logi Bolt receiver bought separately.
  • Heavier than it looks, at 99 g.
  • No side scroll wheel: you hold a button and turn the main wheel to scroll sideways.

How we reached this verdict

RTINGS calls it a good mouse for work with impressive build quality and a compact shape that slips into a bag. Trusted Reviews found it fantastic in the hand for office work, noting 99 g is heavy for a travel mouse. Tom's Guide (3/5) liked the scroll wheel, weighting and near-silent clicks but found it uncomfortable for long days because of its small size.

We compared independent expert reviews with the manufacturer's specifications, then checked it's sold at a major retailer where you live. We don't test products ourselves.
