What is the detachable spot cleaner?
The dock holds a small portable wet-and-dry cleaner, the FlexiOne, that you lift out for spills, pet accidents, stairs, sofas and car seats. T3 found it fast and effective for spot cleaning.
Is the robot itself any good?
It's a solid robot vacuum and mop, but it's not why you buy it. Tom's Guide found it struggled with cereal in its tests and that the cheaper C28 cleaned better.
What does the dock do?
It empties the bin into a 3 L bag, washes the mop, dries it with warm air, adds detergent automatically and refills the robot from a 2.5 L clean-water tank.
How strong is the suction?
eufy rates it at 20,000 Pa — more than the C28 on paper.
How long does the battery last?
eufy quotes about 125 minutes vacuuming and mopping, or 216 minutes vacuuming only, on the standard setting.
Will it fit under my sofa?
eufy lists the robot at about 11.2 cm (4.4 in) tall, so you need a gap a little bigger than that.
How big is the dock?
Bigger than most, because the spot cleaner lives in it: about 37 × 48 × 44 cm. Make sure you have the space by a socket.
Should I get this or the Eufy C28?
The E28 only if you'll use the spot cleaner — spills, stairs, upholstery or pets that have accidents. Otherwise the C28 cleans as well or better for less.
